We strive to describe and display our products, including natural opals and related items, as accurately as possible. Because gemstones are natural and often one-of-a-kind, slight variations in color, pattern, and appearance are normal. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or refuse orders.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by us. Payment must be received before an order is fulfilled. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours.

4. Shipping and Returns

All sales are final. All products are sold "as is." Because our gemstones are natural, rare, and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Optional shipping insurance and a shipping warranty are available for purchase at checkout if you would like coverage against loss or damage in transit. All shipments require signature confirmation upon receipt. Signature-required delivery and our verification procedures support our commitment to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

5. Blockchain and Digital Features

Some products or features may reference NFTs, digital certificates, or blockchain-based records. These features are provided "as is." Blockchain transactions are irreversible and outside our control, and we make no guarantees regarding the value, availability, or future functionality of any digital asset.
